What is PACE?
PACE is a program that pays for improvements like a roof, impact windows or impact doors, and you pay it back through your property tax bill instead of a regular loan. PACE approval isn't based on your credit score.
Is PACE right for everyone?
No. PACE attaches to the property and shows up on your tax bill, and every program has its own rules. We'll put the options side by side for your actual job so you can decide with the real numbers in front of you.
Does my house qualify?
PACE isn't offered in every city, so it comes down to your exact address. We check it for you when we come out to do the free estimate, before you've committed to anything.
